Registration Guidelines

• This is a team event.
• Team size will be between 3-4 members.
• Multiple entries from a college/university are allowed.
• All members of the teams will participate in Side Activities to earn more resources for creating their artwork.
• The theme for the artwork is “SQUID GAMES” but teams are free to choose any specific topic that fits this theme.

Rules

1. Arrival Time: Every team must reach the venue 30 minutes before the event starts.
2. Resources Provided: A limited and equal amount of resources will be given to each team at the beginning of the round.
3. Earning Resources: Teams can earn additional resources by participating in side activities.
   • Participation in these activities is mandatory.
   • All team members must participate in at least one activity.
4. Artwork Theme: The artwork should align with the theme of the event.
5. Write-up: Each team must submit their artwork along with a write-up explaining the concept behind their art piece.
6. Time Limit: The total time allocated for creating the artwork is 45 minutes. This does not include the time for side activities.
7. Earning Resources: You must participate in side activities to earn your resources.
8. Activity Time: The time spent in side activities will not be counted toward the final artwork time. A buzzer will signal when you can start and stop your work.
9. Mobile Phones: The use of mobile phones during artwork creation is prohibited; however, they are allowed during side activities.
10. Misbehaviour: Any misbehaviour will result in disqualification of the entire team.
